ClearOffer helps founders and hiring teams create, manage, and share job offers. We are a small, U.S.-based, founder-led company. Because of our size, we keep our policies short and straightforward.

3. Using the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearOffer.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to the platform.
• Do not use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe on anyone else's rights.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at support@clearoffer.io.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClearOffer. Your company-specific data remains yours. We only use it to provide the Service to you.

6. Termination

You can stop using ClearOffer at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability
